Next-Generation Centrifugal Nozzle for Agricultural Drones: Efficient Atomization, Precision Crop Protection
The centrifugal nozzle is a specialized rotary atomization component for agricultural drones. It utilizes centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation to atomize pesticides, foliar fertilizers, and biological agents into uniform, fine droplets, leveraging the drone's downwash airflow to ensure droplet penetration and adhesion to the crop canopy.
Droplet size can be adjusted by controlling motor speed, liquid flow rate, and the atomization disc, making the nozzle suitable for tasks such as insecticide, fungicide, and herbicide application, as well as foliar fertilization. It delivers uniform atomization, minimizes chemical waste and drift, and enables high-efficiency, low-volume spraying without the need for high-pressure hydraulic systems. Its open rotary design resists clogging and accommodates various formulations, including suspension concentrates and biological agents.
