Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming a valued customer from Brazil to our facility in Weifang, China, for an immersive experience that combined factory inspection, hands-on training, and official certification.

The visit began with a comprehensive tour of our production facilities. The Brazilian customer walked through our assembly lines, quality control stations, and testing areas, witnessing firsthand how each JTC30 drone is built and rigorously tested before leaving the factory.

• Drone operation and control – including remote controller setup, app navigation, and GPS calibration

• Cleaning system configuration – covering the water pump, hoses, nozzles, and optional attachments

• Safety procedures – including the proper use of the parachute system and obstacle avoidance features

• Maintenance and care – battery charging, storage, and routine inspection of key components

The training was conducted by experienced Joyance technicians, who provided step-by-step guidance and real-time feedback. The customer was actively engaged throughout, practicing each procedure and asking questions to ensure full understanding.
